What is PBA Pick 'Em?

PBA Pick 'Em is a free-to-play predictive game for the 2022 PBA Tour. Each PBA Tour event will have its own contest with different questions and prizes.

How do I win the Jackpot Prize?

The Jackpot prize will only be given out to those entrants who answer all of the contest questions correctly. Visit the ‘Prizes’ page to view a detailed breakdown of the prizes.

It seems that more than one person has won the Jackpot prize. Do we each receive the Jackpot Prize or do we split it?

All entrants who answer all of the questions correctly will SPLIT the Jackpot prize.

I forgot my password. How can I log in?

You can reset your password by visiting www.pbapickem.com/users/login/ and click “Forgot Your Password.”

I submitted my picks and made a mistake. Can I change my picks? If so, how do I change them?

Currently users are not able to change their picks. We are currently working on a feature to enable entrants to change their submitted picks before the contest closes. Please be sure to take your time while typing any free-text answers to ensure an accurate submission.

How do I submit my picks?

Go to www.pbapickem.com/events and click upcoming events to find out when the next contest will be available to play. Once a contest is open, there will be a “PLAY” button you can click to begin making your way through the questions.

How do I change my password?

Once logged in, click the profile icon at the top right of the website. Then, click the “Change my Password” button and follow the listed steps to change your password.

I am experiencing an issue with the site. How do I reach out for help?

Click the “Contact Support” tab at the top of any website page and follow the steps to submit your support request. We are very quick to respond, but please allow for up to 24-48 hours to respond to your request.

I won! How do I claim my prize?

 Once logged in, click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the site. Then, click “Claim Your Prize” and follow the steps to submit your claim request.

I submitted my picks. How do I see the results?

You can find your results by clicking the “My Picks” tab at the top of the page. Here, you can review your picks for the contest and see the event leaderboard.

How long do I have to submit my picks?

Picks can be submitted up to ten minutes before the start of the television finals. You can find the official rules of each contest detailed at https://www.pbapickem.com/pages/official-rules.html.

What is the Season Leaderboard?

The Season Leaderboard displays all accumulated points by entrants. All people who play at least one (1) PBA Pick ‘Em contest will be listed on the Season Leaderboard. At the end of the 2024 PBA Tour season, prizes will be given out based on the total number of points accumulated throughout the season.
